Philip, Marquis Paulucci, of Forli, in Italy. General Cobley was born at Dodbrook, co. Devon, the son of Rev. Benjamin Cobley, of Ide, co. Devon, Sector of Dodbrook, who was lineally descended from John Cobley, of Cobley, in South Moulton, temp. Edward IV.). Crest—A swan’s neck with two heads ppr. guttee de poix, in each beak a cross crosslet fitchee ar.
