(Shanwally, Donegal, and Castlefin, Dublin, bart., extinct 1827). Per pale az. and gu. a trefoil slipped ar. betw. three bears’ heads erased or, muzzled sa. Crest—A bear’s head erased or, muzzled sa. in the mouth a trefoil slipped, as in the arms.

(granted, 1813, to James Galbraith Esq., of Shane Valley, co. Donegal, grandson of Samuel Galbraith, Esq., of Dunduffs Fort, co. Donegal, of Scottish descent). Per pale az. and gu. a trefoil slipped ar. betw. three boars’ heads erased or. Crest—A boar’s head, as in the arms. Motto—Quod ero spero.
