Clotworthy Gowan, Esq., and her son, William Gowan, having inherited the estates in 1833, assumed the name and arms of Mauleverer). Gu. three greyhounds courant in pale ar. collared or. Crest—A maple branch sprouting from the trunk of a tree all ppr. Motto—En Dieu ma foy.
