pellettee

Pellettee is a shorthand way of referring to a field of any colour, strewn with the black roundels known as pellets or gunstones these being simple black circles, or more properly, roundles. It can used either on the field as a whole or to good effect on some of the larger ordinaries, HUNT for example includes a bordure of the last (being or) pellety.
