Per pale or and ar. three chev. sa. over all a file of as many lambeaux gu. extending to the sides of the shield. Crest—A fox’s head couped sa.

Quarterly, 1st and 4th, per pale erminois and erm. three chevronels sa. in chief a label of three points gu., for Cholwich; 2nd and 3rd, az. a fesse raguly betw. three unicorns’ heads erased erminois, for Lear. Crests—Cholwich: A lion’s gamb erased sa. supporting an antique shield per pale erminois and erm.: Lear: A demi unicorn erminois, supporting a staff raguly gu.
