(Norgrove, co. Worcester, bart.; created 1664, extinct 1701; Sir Thomas Cookes, 2nd bart. of Norgrove, founded Worcester College, Oxford). Quarterly 1st and 4th, or, two chev. gu. betw. six martlets sa.; 2nd and 3rd, sa. a buck’s head cabossed or. Crest—A hand holding a dagger.

(Bentley, co. Worcester, derived from Henry Cookes, uncle of the founder of Worcester College). Ar. two chevs. betw. six martlets three, two, and one, gu., quartering Jennetts and Denham. Crest—An arm armed with a short sword issuing from a mural crown. Motto—Deo, Regi, Vicino.

(Tarbicke, co. Worcester). Barry of six ar. and sa. in chief three annulets of the last (another, three mullets gu.).
