Sa. an esquire’s helmet ppr. betw. two lions pass. guard. in pale or, in chief a rose ar. seeded or, barbed vert, a canton quarterly or and gu. in the first a lion pass sa. Crest—A demi lion ramp. or, holding betw. his paws a helmet close ppr. Motto—Fortem posee animum.
