(Quorndon, co. Leicester; descended from Benjamin Farnham, a younger son of Farnham, of Nether Hall, and his wife, Sarah, dau. and co-heiress of Edward Farnham, Esq., of Quorndon). Quarterly, or and az. in the 1st and 2nd quarters a crescent of the second. Crest—An eagle or, wings close, preying on a rabbit ar.

Quarterly, az. and or, four crescents counterchanged. Crest—An eagle preying on a coney ppr.
