(Haydock, co. Lancaster; descended from Hugh de Eydock, mentioned in the “Testa de Nevill.” The eventual heiress, Joan, dau. of Sir Gilbert Haydock, m. Sir Peter Legh, of Lyme, co. Chester). Ar. a cross sa. in the dexter chief quarter a fleur-de-lis of the second.
