(Woodhouse, co. Stafford; confirmed 1763 to Sir Samuel Hellier, High Sheriff, co. Stafford, d. s. p. 1734, and bequeathed his estates to Rev. Thomas Shaw). Az. a chev. ar. guttee de sang betw. three mullets or. Crest—A cock ar. guttee de sang, combed and wattled gu. Motto—Pro republica semper.

Quarterly, 1st and 4th, az. a chev. ar. guttee de sang, betw. three mullets or, for Hellier; 2nd and 3rd, or, a chev. invected pean betw. three eagles displ. sa., for Shaw.
