(Dudley, Elm Lodge, Hagley, co. Worcester). Per fesse az. and gu. on a chev. engr. betw. three doves in chief and a fleur-de-lis in base or, three annulets gold. Crest: An eagle, wings expanded ppr. in the beak an annulet. Motto—Confido conquiesco.
