Quarterly, 1st and4th, ar. a butterfly gu. paleways betw. three roses of the last, in the centre chief, betw. the two upper roses, and over the head of the butterfly a crown or, for Sir Robert Penderling: 2nd and 3rd, gu. a lion ramp. ar. armed az., for Williams, of Vron Iw. Crest—A demi lion ramp.
