Cork, from which they were driven after the English invasion, when they settled at Duhallow, same co., in the district known as Pobble O’Keefe. The name is derived from Caoimh or Keeve, Chief of the Sept., who lived a.d. 950). Vert a lion ramp. or, in chief two dexter hands couped at the wrist erect and арaumee of the last. Crest—A griffin pass. or, holding in the dexter claw a sword ppr.
