Dorset, 1810, assumed, 1830, tho additional surname and arms of Ker; he was grandson of Henry Seymer, Esq., D.C.L., of Hanfurd, by Grace his wife, dan. of James Ker, Esq., of Moriston and Kcrsfleld. co. Berwick). Or, two wings conjoined gu. on a chief of the second three martlets ar., quartering Ker. Crest—On a chapeau gu. turned up erm. two wings or.
