2) (granted to Bruce Roxburgh, Capt. H.E.I.C.S.). Or, on a chev. az. betw. in chief two leaves of a genus of Indian plants known by the name of “Roxburghia,” and in base on a mount vert a palm tree all ppr. a sun in splendour or. Crest—Upon a mount vert In front of a sun rising from behind clouds a palm tree ppr. Motto—Coeli favore.
