Well I still would like to know who is allowed to use the coat of arms in america. The american answer is yes if you are related by blood to Edward Woodman from Newbury, Ma. in 1635. The answer from the College of Arms in London was the name was only from 3 people in the 1900 hundreds and none of these went to america??
